Day 2, so I started to work on the face since the body alone just looked creepy.  It is coming along and still has a few more layers to go.  This will be painted over usually 5 times before the depth, values, etc start to work well.

Sketch of my newest painting.  It will be large 30" x 48"  The working title will be Ravenna,  Ravenna's name comes from the name Raven, meaning "death" or "doom".  She will have a tattoo of ravens flying up her side and back.  An actual raven will flying in the upper right corner.
